Use Test Alert first. If that works, check Connections and make sure the overlay link belongs to the same creator workspace.
Check the Discord connection, welcome channel, verification role, and bot permissions. Basic welcome and roles remain available on Free.
Open Billing, confirm your plan is active, then use Manage Billing to update payment details. If access still looks wrong, contact support.
Free beta can use preset media. Custom uploads are locked to paid tester emails during beta.
